We enjoyed the property and would recommend to others, as well as stay again. Only isues would be ability to dock a boat and the neighbors were smoking cigarettes and weed. The smell was so bad, it came into our place and hard to walk past.

The rain didn’t dampen our experience

Our family gets together at different vacation spots throughout the country and used VRBO many times. Our stay here was mostly good and we enjoyed being close to all the activities of the Dells. Only a few things dampened our enthusiasm for this rental. We had 4 separate families stay at the Grand Delton - 11 in all - with 4 cars. Two went into the garage and for the other 2 we were referred to parking.com. It was a head scratcher since there was an empty parking lot right outside. The instructions inside told us we could use one of those spots. The condo itself was nice. The teenagers slept on the sofa-beds and the adults found the bedrooms to be comfortable. Although one bed had sand in the sheets before using! The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels and liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner but the bedroom window sills and ledges were dirty. We didn’t make use of the resort beach or outdoor pool due to the inclement weather. So the indoor pool was a hit for the rainy times. The community grills were in working order and not too coated with baked on meats. As info: The kitchen was minimally appointed. No leftover condiments or seasonings (as we’ve had with other VRBO rentals). Pots and pans were okay and we made do with what was available. Not many storage containers. No Saran Wrap or aluminum foil. (Just comparing to other rentals which had these things). 12 cup Ninja coffee maker was welcome. The wristbands to Noah’s Ark were not free as advertised.

Family time

We visited with family from age 1 to 66. Six adultsand 3 early rising littles. The family stayed in the lower level comfortably. The late risers stayed upstairs. The spotlessly clean layout was great! We used the pool and were the only swimmers enjoying the water. Location was convenient and kitchen well stocked.Highly recommend this VRBO.

Great place to stay with family and friends!

It was very clean, great amenities, easy instructions on entering the property. Stayed in the area to go skiing at Cascade Mountain. The drive was 15-20 minutes. Definitely recommend going to the Arcade Bar downtown, 5 minutes away. Will definitely book again in the future!

Another great holiday in the Dells!

This marks our 5th year coming to the Delton Grand and 3rd time at this property. It is an excellent location across from the office and pool/hot tub. The facilities are clean. And between the different locations and unit types there is something to accommodate all family types and support large groups. Check out is a breeze and the facility managers are always happy to asssist.

Another successful stay at Delton Grand

We have been here at least 5 times. The staff is always considerate and attentive. The property is clean and beds are all in good shape. Bathrooms are also in good shape. It is nice to see they are updating some of the units in the complex as well. Only minor criticism would be around cookware. I usually bring my own as you never know what you will find and what is provided is usually not enough to cook for larger groups.

Family trip

My family and extended family enjoyed our stay at Lake Dalton. There were 12 of us ranging from 1 to70 years old. The unit accommodated us all well. Although we would have liked to understand the wristband process better we were able to go to Noah’s Ark as well as some other attractions. The unit was conveniently located, unit was clean, and we enjoyed the games in the unit. We only wish we had a can opener and non metal spatula but all other amenities were fabulous. The outdoor pool and beach were delightful. Everyone loved the location cleanliness and amenities. I highly recommend!!

Girls weekend getaway

Beautiful two level condo in the Dells, just 3 blocks from Noah’s Ark. All amenities provided. Two nice deck spaces and one has a view of Lake Delton. We had 6 people total and there was plenty of space for more. It was great having an attached 2 car garage. Cons: Expensive! One bathroom downstairs needs fixing but it wasn’t unusable. The headboard in the primary bedroom squeaks terribly whenever you move at all.

Fantastic spacious stay!

Lovely spacious stay for our extended family. Nice location- close enough to Cascade for us. The only issue we had was the lack of sheets for the hide a beds. My son had to taco in his fitted sheet. We were supposed to have 11 guests, ended up with 10, but it said it sleeps 14. Just make sure there are enough sheets for all of the beds. Otherwise a great stay!!

Enough room for the whole family

We rented this unit to celebrate our family Christmas. There was plenty of room for ourselves and our 3 grown children, their partners and our grandkid. It was very comfortable, with comfortable beds and baths for each bedroom. The lower level's thermostat was not working when we first arrived, but management came right over to fix it. The dishwasher didn't work properly, but we all pitched in to clean up dishes from our feast. The kitchen was large and well equipped and we merrily baked and decorated Christmas cookies. We had a lovely time enjoying each other's company in this spacious, yet cozy condo.
