"Just a night stop but handy to have microwave, sink, crockery and kettle. Lovely to go in early next morning to walk around birds etc. Landscaping around accommodation pretty. Bird area nicely arranged and kept. Highly recommend if in area."

"Overnight stay in Peterborough to catch a show at the New Theatre which is 5 minutes walk up the road. Checked in with ease, friendly lady to greet us, check in was super quick. The room was spacious and well equipped impressed with the little kitchenette, although we didn’t cook our own food. The only thing I didn’t like was laminate flooring in the room, which was covered in lots of scratches from what looks like years of high heels walking on it. Laminate feels horrible on bare feet and...

"Nice cottage, comfy beds Worth noting that if you have dogs, the garden is enclosed but not private as cottages either side have access so check gates before you let your dogs out "

"We had a lovely, relaxing few days at Beachside. It was as described and very clean and well equipped. Communication with David, the host was very clear and timely. Would highly recommend it. "

"Ideal location to host a bukkake party with six friends as the floors were easy to clean. Parking was easy and its location is ideal in the centre of the town. Rooms are very basic but the kitchen is nice and looks good. Rooms are cold in winter due to poor windows and doors and the house is really made of lego I think but the boys were able to maintain the stiffness all night. "

"Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again "

"The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property: Put a towel in the kitchen. You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. "

"Host was great, very helpful, check in information delays but host handled it very well. The house was easy to find, perfectly positioned for lots of things to do, well equipped, very comfortable, just great."

"Lovely home from home for my family of six. The cottage had everything we could have needed for the week and we were even lucky enough to get parking right in front! Absolutely perfect location, close to all the shops, arcades, beach etc but tucked away on a quiet road so peaceful in the evenings. Host was fast to respond and assist. Would not hesitate to book again. "

"The house suited us very well for our celebration and was well equipped with good facilities for all ages. The location was great as there were nice walks and it was very quiet. We found the decor a little strange and also the fact that most of the furniture was screwed down to the floor. The furniture was a little tired and the double beds were all very small for 2 people but the linen and towels were all very good quality.
