"This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins.

"I liked the location. The proximity or important places like the station, beach, shops and entertainment was excellent.
What I didn't like is the 6 hour gap between check in and departure. 10AM is very early - and basically means one has to be ready to depart very early and go to bed knowing it's an early start. The charge of an extra £25 for a "late" meaning a noon departure is a bit steep given the rate we have paid per day.
A 4 hour gap is more reasonable. Do the cleaners really need 6...
