"Had a great stay here! Had a little issue at check in, and Frankie immediately responded to my phone call. Considering the quick response and resolution, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of his properties again! "We loved staying on the houseboat instead of a hotel. We had stayed on a houseboat the last time we visited Boston and it was a cool experience. It’s quiet and peaceful and more quaint than a hotel. Communication was great and made the check in process easy. We met up with sherry and she explained everything thoroughly. Very grateful. We traveled with 4 adults, 2 elementary aged children and a dog. A little tight but we made it work. Overall a great experience. Love."

"The location is perfect walking distance to multiple T stops and to most everything you could want to do in Boston. The place was comfortable and nice. Safe. The bathroom could use a deep clean that would be my only critique, soaps were watered down and the shower floor didn't look well scrubbed.
