"We booked 2 rooms. Rooms were dirty. Carpet looked really old and stained . Sheets were itchy. AC was centralized but was broken. They offered fans 😃. Staff barged in and out of the room using their own key while we were in there. No privacy. Felt so unsafe. We checked out after an hour."

The room was large, which was nice, but only one chair for a two-person room and only one hanger in the closet. No hooks for coats. "The check in process & instructions are very easy & clear. The hotel sent you access code ahead of time not like others wait until the last minute. Hotel location is very close to train station and close to shops and restaurants. Hotel even provide 2 bottles of water and coffee/tea downstairs for you free to drink. I will recommend this hotel and definitely stay again."

We were given a bedroom within the host family/owners apartment and had to share it with them. This apartment was also the reception and lobby area. "Not a good place, the ad is lying. There was no air conditioning, even though the ad said there was, the sheet was so small it didn’t cover my feet, there was no WiFi like they said, no laundry because no one is ever there to give you the key for it, hot water kettle but no coffee cups. I wouldn’t stay here again, I felt cheated!"
