Walk into luxury on the main level and enjoy breathtaking vistas of Winter Park Resort from every angle, especially from the private decks and panoramic vaulted windows. This home is thoughtfully decorated with charming touches and ski themed art throughout. The main level living area boasts cozy furnishings, wood beams, a large flat screen TV, stone fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows. Step out through the sliding glass doors and access the main level deck with an al fresco dining area and private outdoor grill. Cook up a feast outdoors or in the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for entertaining or enjoying home cooked meals together. The gourmet kitchen features a Wolf range, Sub-zero fridge, and tons of counter space. Pull up a chair at the dining room table that seats eight, or simply chat with the chef at the breakfast bar. Also, find a powder room on this level and a mud room with access to the private washer & dryer. Multiple living spaces in this home provide room for everyone to gather, relax, or enjoy some quiet time. Head downstairs to the lower level lounge and find additional recreation space, perfect for a movie night or a game of cards.

Ready to rest easy? Head upstairs and find the upper level lounge with remote work space that leads into the Primary King Suite. Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on lower level, Twin Bedroom on lower level, and Bunk Room with a Twin/Full bunk on the lower level. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa for overflow sleeping. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage & two in the driveway. No trailer parking permitted. This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.

Three miles from shops and dining in downtown Winter Park. It is a 150 yard walk downhill to the free shuttle pick up spot.

Awesome house!

My family stayed here at the beginning of ski season and loved it. It’s right across from the resort which makes getting over there super easy. We dropped people off, swung back home and got more within 10 mins. In the house, the kitchen is stocked, beds were incredibly comfy, and great hot tub! We would easily come back here.
