"Great location about 5 minutes from the west entrance to RMNP. Enjoyed the views from the onsite bar and grill with a tasty Pizza and a cold Coors light. Also rented snowmobiles about 10 minutes from the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, plenty of space."

"I booked this room after 11 PM. I arrived and there was nobody in the office. I called and texted the number provided and received no answer. I waited approximately half an hour and then contacted Expedia. I’m still waiting to find out if they are willing to refund my money. After locating a new place to stay well after midnight, somebody texted me and rather than apologizing, I received more like a lecture saying didn’t you know that our office closes at nine? "We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds.
We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there.
We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it.
The sauna, hot tub and wood stove were all wonderful ways to stay warm in the chilly winter. "

"The property layout was perfect. Nice deck was a bonus. Spacious and clean. Things were a bit dated and could use updating but everything worked. The message you a number to see what you needed to do was kind of awards but it worked. Great location and nice view!"
