"Once the people above us finally settled down for the night, it was so quiet & wonderfully dark in our room. However, the first morning, we awoke for Spring 2026 HPMKT to zero power in our room! My daughter & I got ready in the dark & the front desk clerk simply added us to the list & said, Well, we don’t have anyone around, so we’ll see…. Not my idea of customer care. "
