"Place was nice in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood only minutes from Big Ben. A few broken things but very minor (step on trash bin, pulley for blinds/shades). Email is the best way to communicate, don’t bother using WhatsApp or any other form of communication. Would definitely stay again otherwise "

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed and sofa bed weren’t very comfortable but we only stayed for 1 night so didn’t spoil it too much for us.
