"Our accommodation experience was wonderful. Both the nature and surroundings, as well as the concept of the facility itself, felt truly designed to help people relax and unwind. Thank you very much for everything. Just a small note: if you are planning a late check-in, make sure to inform the reception in advance. Otherwise, organizing the entry process might become a bit difficult. After working hours, communication is handled through a WhatsApp chatbot. Since we informed them a little late...

"Apartment was clean and modern. Our only complaint was not being aware of steep steps to entrance and in the apartment to the bedroom and bathroom! We had 2 people with knee issues which made it scary each time they used the stairs. We would have chosen a different apartment if we had known. We also had heavy luggage to drag up and down! "
