The cleanliness standards were unacceptable from the moment we arrived. There was leftover food from previous guests left in the pantry area, dirty cups with fingerprints, and overall housekeeping was clearly not up to Marriott Bonvoy standards. We also discovered empty conditioner dispensers in the shower, which further reflected poor attention to detail.

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked in around 4 PM and left by 6 PM because the room was absolutely disgusting. The entire room smelled terrible, the bathroom was filthy, and there was already used toilet paper left behind when I arrived. Clearly, the room was not cleaned properly before giving it to a guest.
The room was also extremely small and nothing like what was expected or advertised. Paying customers should not have to walk into a dirty, foul-smelling...

"Hotel was well located near sites down town. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff very helpful. Only disappointment was the town car service they recommended. Price was $78 after 10 pm and you pick up your bags and contact them when you get outside to baggage claim. Then you wait for them to drive around and find you. I expected more of a personalized experience for that price. On the plus side, the driver was pleasant and SUV was clean inside."
