"The house was amazing. The views of the lake and the sunsets were beautiful. The homeowner is super friendly. Great little town nearby with one of the best thrift stores I've ever been to. Even got to see an albino deer driving into town. The whole experience was really good. I would definitely rent this place again."

"We had a such a wonderful time at the Appleton property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very large, well decorated and made us feel at home. It was so nice to not live out of suitcase. It had all to conveniences of home, dishwasher, washer, dryer, large kitchen and two bathrooms. A very large family room, formal dining room and formal living room. The four bedrooms were very comfortable. We look forward to renting this property again when we are in the Appleton area. "

And, above all else, Amy was a superb host. We never met in person, but all of her communications conveyed a genuine concern that we enjoy our stay. We could not recommend Amy and Union Utopia highly enough! "

"Very quiet and very comfortable place to sleep! We enjoyed our wedding dress shopping trip to Appleton staying in this older remodeled home. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked! It was very close to downtown. "

"Love love loved this place and all the unique little design touches. Super clean. Quiet, comfortable beds, beautiful surroundings and view and such nice touches. Would love to stay again when the weather gets warm! "

"This lake front home is gorgeous. They have manage to keep the beautiful hardwood floors, wood trim and detailed wood built-in cabinets throughout the house. Weather was perfect for sitting on screen porch and looking at the lake. Lot of beds so everyone could have their own. "

"We really enjoyed our off-season stay at this property. Plenty of room for our party of 4ad,2ch and dogs. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. We only wish we could take advantage of the beautiful yard/water view! Too snowy in Feb though. The dogs enjoyed the yard for sure."
