We loved our stay at this quaint and cozy property! The host was amazing with the questions we had and it was located close to so many vineyards and wineries and restaurants! The pool was amazing and the house has everything you need to just check in and relax.

Near-perfect in every way. Perfect location in the country, 5 min from Healdsburg. Unbeatable view from the very large common area. House is slightly elevated so you can see the vineyard across the road as well as the on-property vineyard. Excellent kitchen with quality cookware. Cows mooing in the afternoon and roosters crowing in the morning. Tough to beat. We have a home in St Helena which we love but we will be back to this home.

Beautiful Setting Comfortable Home

The home is nestled in the vineyards of Rodney Strong which makes for an amazing location. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and swimming in the pool. The home was comfortable and offered all amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. The host was very communicative. Highly recommend!!!

Very nice house on busy road and charming but noisy cows

The pictures are slightly misleading as the view from the pool makes it look like the pool and house are set amongst vast vineyards. The road is very close and seeing trucks and cars go by while you are sunbathing is not ideal. One of the bedrooms has no hanging closets. The pool is very nice and the cows are very friendly. The owner is very helpful with any problems.

Best wine country weekend!

We had the best time staying at this house. The location was amazing, close to Healdsburg, Dry Creek Valley, Alexander Valley, and the airport! The host was very responsive and helpful. We are hoping to stay again next year!

Love this property!

This is my 3rd time staying at this property for an annual girls trip with friends. The house is clean, comfortable, well appointed, quiet, great location, pool is fantastic and the owner is so nice to work with! I'm sure we'll be back again!

Nice place, great location!

Wonderful place with clean renovated interior and great outdoor deck! Everything was furnished, big open kitchen.Two full bathrooms. Master in-suite bathroom is very small. Shared bathroom is quite large. Be aware when booking there is a long walkway to house that cars are not permitted to drive on. Let Nilius know if anyone in your party has trouble walking. Nilius is very attentive and responsive. All in all, a near-perfect stay when visiting wine country.

Great location for wine tasting. Space is limited in baths and house is dark. We found beds were without flat top sheets just duvet covers. Property manager was responsive however informed us that another company handled the sheets and we were left waiting to hear if sheets were coming, they did not. The gas grill wouldn’t reach a temp higher than 250. Photos online and nightly rate had us expecting a higher-end property.

A perfect house and location!

If you’re interested in a great location from which to do wine tours in Sonoma and Napa, then this is the perfect house. Very clean and roomy for two couples. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor pool is an additional bonus after a day of touring wineries. Our only minor critique would be that the yard area could use some improvements.

Not Fit For Seniors!

I had fully disclosed to the property manager that we’re 4 seniors traveling together. Never once was I informed about the very long walk from parking to the home along stones. There are no guide rails up the stairs to the front door. The “landscaping” is weeds. The pool cover was never opened because it contains debris and leaves. The inside of the house is cute and was clean. Overall, we were disappointed.

Beautiful home and stunning view!

We absolutely loved our stay, private and spacious for our group. The view of the pool area and beyond was breathtaking. We had a wonderful weekend, visited some great wineries that were very close to the property and would definitely return here again.

Wedding Weekend

The property was perfect for six guests, really enjoyed the heated pool as it was a little cool during our stay . The view from the front porch was perfect with great sunsets over the vineyards and hills !! Our host was great with all of the communications prior to the trip!! We will definitely stay again when we visit The Healdsburg area!!

Great stay!

The house was clean and tastefully decorated. Convenient location, a couple of wineries are within walking distance and yet only a few minutes drive to the town. Very responsive communication by host from beginning to end. Overall, a great experience!

Perfect Get Away!

This was the perfect house for a girls trip to Healdsburg. The location was great, we were even able to walk to a few vineyards. The house was clean, decorated beautifully and stocked with all the essentials. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Getaway

We returned to this property and enjoyed it just as much as our first time. The pool and view are lovely. The outdoor shower was just a delight. With the restaurants of Healdsburg close by, this retreat met our needs perfectly! Communication with the owner is top notch too. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing house and location

We stayed for a week at this lovely, very comfortable house. It was absolutely spotless and so well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals including sharp knives (which is very hard to find in a rental!) We have never had such thoughtful touches in a rental before (amazing soaps, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, fun games, books, spices, olive oil, etc.) The owner Nilus was super helpful as well. We had a problem with the water pressure the first day and he came out to fix it within hours of my text to him. The pool and outside area are fabulous and such a great spot to relax before and after wine tastings. Lastly, the location can’t be beat. It’s across the street from J Vineyards and Rodney Strong and a very short drive into downtown Healdsburg. The next time we are in the area we will definitely rent this house again.
