Amenities Abound!

Gorgeous furnished one bedroom, one bath condo in west Windsor, Highland Meadows community. Approximately 15 minutes to Fort Collins, Loveland, and 7 minutes to the quaint Windsor downtown area. One hour from downtown Denver. 45 minutes to DIA. The master bedroom has a beautiful king-sized bed and walk in closet. One car garage included with access to the condo through an interior hallway right across the hall from unit. Western-facing patio (to watch the beautiful Colorado sunsets). Pool and tennis courts across the street, so bring your suit and rackets in summer months. The clubhouse offers a sauna, hot tub and workout room. Come work remotely, visit family, or just find your new getaway and enjoy all the outdoor experiences in Colorado. Walking distance to the golf course, driving range, multiple breweries, restaurants, Power to Play facility and walking trails with mountain views. Happy to recommend activities and great places to eat so just ask! The trail around the pond is steps away. This unit is like new. Beautiful and cozy fireplace and this unit has the largest living space of all floor plans in this condo complex. Laundry services in unit. Host is a licensed Real Estate agent.

Great value in a nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our 5 week stay in this condo. A very safe and walkable neighborhood. The gas fireplace and garage added to our experience. The host Kim was very responsive.

This one-bedroom apartment in a quiet complex with many amenities was the perfect place for us to stay for a few weeks while we were in town for business. Kim was amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay comfortable and homey. We appreciate everything. Thank you!

Just as advertised!

Our adult children were traveling and moving cross country over the holidays. Very clean and QUIET unit. Having a garage was very convenient during the artic blast of weather! Lovely golf course and pool across the street from the unit complex. Lori was very attentive and quick to respond. We would definitely book again!

Fresh Model Home looking Condo

We had an excellent experience. Our host Kim was very nice and helpful. She was easy to communicate with. The 1bedroom condo was immaculate and decorated like a new model home. The Kingsize master bed was comfortable and the bedroom had a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom was large with a sparkling clean shower which had a built in seat.The kitchen was well designed with new appliances and a large eating counter plus a separate dining table. The great room had a fireplace and TV. The separate laundry room had top of the line Samsung washer and dryer. The garage was adequate for our Dodge Durango. There was a nice front porch that opened to a neighborhood courtyard. Our 8 and 9 year old grandsons came to see us. We took them to the large pond and they were excited to catch some fish. On another day, they came over and we walked to the nearby driving range to hit golf balls. Then we walked two blocks to the Pizza and Italian Restaurant. We felt that we were in a good safe area and could easily walk to see the mountains in the distance .

Great condo

We were very happy with the condo. Everything was very clean and the condo was beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed and it was in a great location. We only had one question after we arrived and Kim answered it within about 30 seconds. We couldn’t have been happier.
