"This house is ridiculous, but in a good and fun way. We were in town with family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Drake and this house was an excellent fit for our group. We only had seven people, but there is easily room to sleep 10 comfortably. "Nice location, close to grocery store and shopping. House was spacious and plenty of room for the 10 of us. Liked the fenced in back yard for the dogs. The host was gracious and let us in early, so we had more time to get ready for our event on Friday evening. Our only complaint was quality of the towels, they were small, rough, some were stained and also one was torn. If we stayed there again, we would bring our own towels. "

"The house was uniquely decorated. We all loved the attention to detail.We took advantage of the pool and hot tub and fire pit. There were lots of it's spaces where we could gather to play cards. I also appreciated so many bathrooms throughout the home.Check in was very easy and the location was close to many restaurants.I also appreciated having fans. I like sleeping with a fan and I always appreciate when a rental provides them."

"My friends and I had a wonderful time at this property. The house was very clean and well equipped with what we needed. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. The neighborhood was quiet. There were several outdoor areas and we did use the one deck.
