"Rooms are clean and nice and quiet. I would have liked to be able to directly purchase the small area of snacks located near front desk. I don’t like putting on my room tab, so I was thirsty the whole time I was there. I wanted water. I think parking should be free, not $15/day. The pool looked very clean, and the hours are good for it. It’s open until 10pm."

"When we arrived, our room had black mold on the vent to the AC unit. The lady at the front desk was more than willing to switch our room. Our second room was a nonsmoking room but as soon as you open the door it smelled of straight smoke. We asked for our room to be changed again. Our third room was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Facility is outdated, water spots on ceiling, old ac units, despite updates in pictures."

"Rooms need upgrade, no closet, no safe to put valuables, no tea/coffee maker, no mini fridge, no microwave. What the hell!!The bathroom doors slide open spontaneously during a shower.
I liked the linen cabinet, so guests can get whatever they need without waiting for 'housekeeping". Great idea."

"Good ,clean hotel with helpful staff. Sits off their address main road but plenty of safe parking. My one negative is that hotel housekeeping seems to miss the gym area. I like to get 30 mins on the treadmill after driving all day and the gym area felt neglected. Hope the GM keeps an eye on this. thanx"

"I think the guy that checked me in name was Brian. He was absolutely amazing. I flew to Richmond and I called around 11:30 and he was able to provide a room, which I desperately needed a nap.
The room was clean and pretty. I will definitely stay here again and of course I would love to have Brian. He was really amazing!"
