"We had a wonderful time with our annual Book Club summer weekend retreat. The house was perfect, fully loaded with amenities and all the comforts we could want. The hosts were very responsive on a couple of questions, and minor issues with the pool, but overall we would absolutely come back here! We appreciated the "quiet neighborhood policy" of no noise between 10 pm and 8am. Unfortunately, some neighbors worked on their loud cars and raced down the street, but it seemed to (maybe?) shut down...

"A large group from our church stayed here for our church retreat. The property was very clean, was accurate to the listing, and communication with Sam was quick and efficient. There were many amenities and things to do in our free time! Sam did a great job ensuring that we would have a wonderful stay. "This place is MASSIVE and perfectly suited our needs for a family reunion of 22 people. There was room to spread out so folks were not jammed-in together. I talked to the host before making the reservation, he called when we checked in, and the next day after we checked out. Always available and ready to be helpful and answere questions. "A beautiful spacious estate perfect for our family gathering! The open floor plan is great - everyone could gather in groups in separate spaces (living room, pool table area, kitchen) while still feeling together. The 2-bedroom apartment was great for those wanting more privacy. There was plenty of space to eat both inside and outside and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property!"

"Our stay was mostly business- travel softball tournament. Three softball families stayed together and had such a great time. All the kids were able to sleep and hang out in the room with the two bunk beds and sofa bed. All the parents were able to have their own bedrooms.
