"The room was clean and adequate. A little tight but otherwise good. The pool was rough as it was not monitored and our kids got jumped on by other kids . "

"Check in was fast and smooth. Front counter staff was friendly and offered many good dinner recommendations. The parking lot, lobby and grooms were all very clean and inviting. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again."

"Although they sent an email AFTER I booked the hotel that they were renovating, they assured me it wouldn't affect my stay. It would have been nice if they ALSO said that the front entrance would be closed. Instead I had to drag my luggage all the way to the front door, only to find a small sign that said: use other entrance. Okay, WHAT other entrance? (No arrows telling me). I eventually found it, but did not enjoy dragging my luggage that far! I could have parked closer had I known!"

"My room was very nice and surprisingly roomy. The housekeeper was exceptional. She went over and above to meet our every need. We slept in and left the room late morning and she was wonderful about cleaning when it was convenient for us and she did an exceptional job. Check in was easy and staff were all friendly."

"It is our second day at this hotel. Last time, we stayed on the third floor, which had a musty smell. This time, we stayed on the first floor. It was excellent. The beds were super comfortable as always. There is no smell on the first floor at all. It is pet friendly. Is easy check in and out. Friendly service."

"Our room was a suite, with separate bedroom, kitchen, and sitting room. The hotel's lobby and breakfast area were very nicely furnished. There was a nice outside area with a grill. The complimentary breakfast was yummy. The bathroom of our room needed some work, however, as the bathtub grout was missing/discolored, the bathtub itself was stained, and the wall outlets were dirty. Also, the fire alarms went off one afternoon and we were evacuated for about 30min. We didn't see any smoke. No...
