Perfect for family reunions, large gatherings, or a lavish getaway with friends, our resort-style property comfortably sleeps 20 guests and offers a plethora of amenities that allow you to have your own private resort stay on 14 private acres.



Step inside to be greeted by an open and airy layout, with large windows that flood the home with natural light and offer stunning views of the landscaped grounds and the shimmering lake. The elegantly furnished living areas provide a sophisticated yet comfortable ambiance, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining.



Luxurious Accommodations: With ample space for 20+ guests, our home features numerous bedrooms and sleeping areas, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. High-quality linens and plush bedding ensure a restful night`s sleep.



Lakeview Inground Pool & Hot Tub: Dive into the crystal-clear waters of the inground pool, soak in the hot tub, or lounge by the poolside while enjoying breathtaking views of the lake.



Entertainment Galore: Enjoy movie nights in your private movie theatre room, equipped with a state-of-the-art projection system and plush seating for a cinematic experience. The game room boasts a variety of games including billiards & air hockey ensuring endless fun for all ages. The arcade game currently does not function



Resort-Style Amenities: The expansive living areas provide plenty of room for socializing, dining, and relaxation. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals for your group.



Outdoor Paradise: Beyond the pool and hot tub, the outdoor spaces include plenty of seating areas, and plenty of room for outdoor dining and activities, all with beautiful views of the Tims Ford Lake.



Modern Conveniences: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy the convenience of on-site parking. The home is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire property of 14 acres, including the inground pool, hot tub, movie theatre, game room, and all indoor and outdoor living spaces. Enjoy the peace of mind of a secure, private property designed for your ultimate enjoyment. The only thing not accessible is the interior of the pool house. You will have access to the hot water shower outside.



Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.

No smoking inside or pets allowed.

Pool towels and life jackets are provided for your convenience and safety.

Pool is open seasonally and is based on weather temperatures. Pool is not heated Pool will be open May 1-October 15

    We could not have had a more perfect place for our family of 15. Perfect number of bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for all! The large griddle in the kitchen was a big hit for everyone that cooked meals. The fryer was great too. The grandkids loved the soft serve ice cream machine! The movie theatre was great! We all agreed it was the best house we have stayed since we started this tradition 4 years ago! Hope to go back!!

    This property is spectacular. Justin and Derrick were fantastic hosts and were both extremely responsive. We had a minor issue with the theater (by our own doing) and they had someone out to the property within a couple hours to get everything fixed up and running for us.Our group ranged from 65 years young to a 1 year old. This house really is good for all ages. More amenities than i can count. It was easy to get lost in the house as there is plenty of room for everyone. We had 16 people in total and had plenty of room in the house and more beds than we needed.I will definitely be using Justin and Derrick again in the future at this property and/or another one that they manage.

    Christmas in the Mountains

    The house's description met real life to perfection. There was plenty of space, plenty of cookware and plenty of fun things to do. But even better than the house may have been the communication with the property owner. When we had an issue, they responded with quickness and care. We'll definitely work with them again.

    Paradise Resort deserves its name!

    When Helene forced us to find a new property for a long-planned family vacation on very short notice, we were so blessed to find Paradise Resort still available. On Tims Ford Lake, which we’d never heard of (but now can't wait to visit again), the views from every part of the property were postcard-worthy, from the pristine lake to the surrounding woods. Besides all the beautiful, high-end finishes in the home, its amenities exceeded even those listed, with lots of great memories made in the movie theatre, pool, hot tub and fire pit where our little ones had their first s’mores. The unexpected hit was the commercial-scaled griddle in the kitchen where all the dads had fun playing short-order cooks. The bedding and linens were all of great quality, with everyone reporting great sleep. And the sunroom was filled with quality toys that kept our youngest entertained the entire week. For the few questions or needs that came up, the hosts were quick to respond and always helpful. All of us were grateful for their willingness to share a home in which they’ve obviously made such investment of every kind.
