  • Experience the perfect lakeside escape with water views and large back yard, where comfort and natural beauty blend seamlessly. Enjoy stunning water views from multiple levels, including a screened balcony with a cozy gas fire pit. Challenge your friends to arcade games or foosball, or unwind around the backyard fire pit under the stars. Take the complimentary golf cart for a quick 1–2 minute ride to your private dock, where you can relax by the water or head out for a peaceful kayak adventure.

    Whether you seek solace by the water, outdoor adventures, or spirited indoor games, this haven caters to your every desire. Embark on a journey of relaxation, connection, and play.

    -Game Room-Pacman Arcade with 12 games, Foosball Table, and TV all while having views of the lake.
    -Dock is on an outparcel and not connected to the home. It`s about a 30second to 1min drive to the dock.
    -Fish Food is available at the dock- Kids love feeding and seeing the fish!
    -1-2 miles from Tim`s Ford Dam and Elk River where you can enjoy trout fishing and other species.
    -Minutes to Jack Daniel`s Distillery and Tim`s Ford State Park
    -Property has seasonal water. TVA will begin reducing water levels in October and will return to normal levels in May. During this time the dock will not be accessible with a boat and no swimming off the dock during this timeframe. The dock will become steep and sitting on the dock may not be an option November-April. You can still sit and relax, fish, or kayak at the waters edge.
    Golf cart not available during winter months November-February
    Slip is not available as the owners keep their boat at the dock.
    -Quite Hours are 10pm-7am
    -No smoking in the home!
    -Parking in the driveway only, no parking in the grass or the road
    -Maximum of 6 vehicles in the driveway
    -This home is not a good fit if you are expecting to do a lot of partying. Our home is in a very quiet rural neighborhood that allows short term rentals but we want to respect our neighbors and our home.

Wonderful, clean spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Home is situated across the street from the lake and boasts a nice view from the main living areas and screened-in porch upstairs. A private dock with kayaks is just a short golf cart drive away. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and taking in a beautiful sunset view from the dock.

House was just an expected! Beautiful home and views! Freedom Property Management made the experience even more enjoyable with the ease of check-in/check-out, as well as prompt communications. I would definitely recommend booking…we will be booking again soon!

The house was great and great location for fishing as the boat ramp is around the corner. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to cook. We loved our time in Winchester and lots of great restauants and loved the touring the Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg. Hope to come back!

Fantastic lake property

Beautiful home with everything we needed for our stay! The kids loved the game/bunk room and golf cart rides to the awesome dock. We enjoyed it so much and felt right at home!

Well appointment and very clean. Quick walk or drive to the dock was convenient. Perfect area for a fun time at the Lake!

Lakesgiving

We gathered out of town family at this beautiful home for what we now call Lakesgiving. Home was great for multiple couples. Kitchen was well stocked and we found everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome house with amazing lake view!

We had a family of 7 staying at the house and were all very comfortable. The beds were comfy, the house was fully stocked, clean and spacious. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway or house!

Tims Ford Lake House review

The property appears to be brand new. The lay out is perfect for my family and I will book again. The golf cart and access to dock are super easy.

Rest and Relax

We were visiting with family. We always take a trip together each year. The ladies enjoyed the screened in porch and the wonderful kitchen. The men went fishing and kayaking. This is the perfect place to rest and reconnect with family! We already have plans to come back here next year!

Tims Ford Lake

We used this location as a base to visit Huntsville and Nashville. Everything in the house was in perfect working condition, the kitchen was well supplied with dishes and the utensils are plentiful and in good condition. I really appreciated the knives. Kayaking was a great way to start the day. I strongly recommend this property.

Old Guys/Teammates Reunion

Six 76 year young high school teammates enjoyed a 3 day reunion at this very clean and comfortable house. The house was perfect for 6 old friends to sit in the large great room or large screened-in porch and reminisce and re-connect.. The lake view from the great room and screened-in porch is great. All the beds and furniture was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and uncontested. Be sure to have lunch at Ms Mary BoBos in Lynchburg. We highly recomend this property.

Cousin's Trip Spring '24

Our first initial impression was how clean and crisp, bright and spacious everything was. Everything was so well appointed and decorated so tastefully that we immediately felt ourselves relaxing. The amenities were great. The golf cart was a fun bonus, the dock was impressive and the kayaks will be great for people who come in warm weather. We are three sets of cousins and spouses, and we travel together several times a year and this property is one of our favorites. We usually don't repeat a location, but the consensus was we will come back.

Lake Trip

We were looking for a short getaway with friends to enjoy memorial weekend. This house was perfect for two families with kids ranged from 8-12. Adults had their own bedroom and kids had their own bed. Kids loved the backyard to play soccer and bocce ball along with the indoor foosball and pac man game. We grilled out, hiked at Tim Fords State Park and swam at the lake on their private dock. The dock was perfect for kids to swim, float and kayak. Quiet neighborhood with a great view of the lake.

What a treat for our first trip to Tim’s Ford lake. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the short golf cart ride to the dock that added a little adventure to getting on the water. We kept our boat on the side of the dock without any issues. The views from the second floor balcony are awesome. More than enough space for the four adults and two kids that filled the home. We spent the majority of time on the screened in porch but plenty of space to lounge inside if it isn’t for summer or bad weather. Great the grill was just off the side of the kitchen as well. Highly recommend - we plan on returning next summer.
