"Had a brilliant long weekend at Sandunes 2, lovely flat direct on the beach! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Emma was great and thanks so much for sorting the parking permit! Would definitely come again!"

"A top holiday house 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the town. Parking was on the roadside, but totally easy. The check-in was very easy and flexible due to a key safe. The owner gave explicit and easy to follow instructions about everything concerning the house and garden.She was also available per phone and text to contact and friendly. "We wanted quiet, peaceful, beautiful, unique and considerate and that’s what we got. To be woken up by pheasants and lambs, dinner at The Plough, logs being burnt inside and out and amazing views and walks… it was all there."

"This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. "
