"Staff was wonderful . The location was great. The air conditioning was not as cool as we like. It took a while to kick in other than that the room was small but nice. The breakfast was very good."

"Great stay! Had a 10 hour layover in London landing late and they were able to accommodate! Only issue we had was the water boiler for tea and coffee in the room was moldy and unclean. Overall very good stay, right on terminal 4 so perfect for staying close to the airport!"

"Excellent location for accessing trains (5 min walk to Waterloo, 10 minute walk across bridge to Westminster) or walking to see many sights and dining. Restaurant provides an excellent breakfast to start your day if you choose the option either at pre-booking or on-site (£14 for full hot breakfast on site).
