"Pass this property and look for other options. You’ll save yourself $700+ . Within minutes of arriving we got a text saying we couldn’t use the fire pit due to a no burn ban. Our entire trip was based on wanting to sit by the fire pit and have s’mores . We had already bought all the supplies ! Not even an hour later or arriving the AC in the bedroom began to leak like a waterfall. We notified them immediately and told us just to turn it Off. They never sent anyone to fix it.
