Welcome to Studio 3 @ Beer Ranch Project Inn, a modern hill country getaway just steps away from Wimberley Square.

Come stay in this bright and airy studio for a couples retreat, a friends trip, or a change of scenery when working away from home. Studio 3 features a King bed, luxurious bathroom w/ large tub & rainfall shower, & two chairs that lay flat for a third guest. It also includes WI-FI, a smart TV, kitchenette w/ microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker.

We are a family owned ranch-house brewery with a downtown tasting room and small boutique inn.

Located directly behind our tasting room in Downtown Wimberley and is on two connected properties. We currently have three studios and two bungalows (two more being remodeled).

Enjoy a flight of hill country beer made from our brewery just up the road. If you’re staying at our Inn, ask us about tasting packages that can be added to your room reservation.

Experience our beer on location at our five-acre family ranch a few miles from town. To ensure an intimate and exceptional customer experience, the brewery will be open by appointment only.

GUEST ACCESS
You are free to enjoy everything that Beer Ranch Project Inn has to offer. We are always looking to make sure our guests are happy and we continually update or add amenities and property features.


CLEANING STANDARDS
Although we've always maintained extremely high standard of cleaning in our inn, we are sanitizing and cleaning all surfaces according to the CDC recommendations. You should expect a thoroughly cleaned and fresh room.

Also, here at the Beer Ranch Project Inn we want you have all the freedom of staying at a vacation rental yet have comforts like a hotel, therefore we do not have any specific checkout procedures like stripping the bed linens or taking out the trash.

PET FEE
We love our furry friends (we have an Australian Shepard who is one of our family members) so dogs are loved and welcome at the Beer Ranch Project Inn, but we ask that you notify us in advance. There is pet fee, which is charged during the reservation process. Also, we charge for any items that are damaged or cannot be properly cleaned.

My husband, Max, and I own the property and although we are not on site nightly, we will be around as needed. We also have a wonderful property manager, Doug Kennon, and an amazing cleaning staff who services are studios between guests. Excellent stay! We walked to restaurants and shops very convenient. The room itself is very nice but the bathroom OMG loved the tub! Host is very good about communication and checked in through texts multiple times. I would love to stay again highly recommended!

Efficiency apartment, only a bedroom and an amazing bathroom. It's within walking distance from downtown. It's right on the highway, so there was traffic noise, but the owners provided a sound machine to help

This is a really adorable property. It was perfect for the three of us. A one minute walk from downtown Wimberley. The host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

The host was kind, the room was well designed but it was hot, and the host was doing construction in the conjoining building until almost 10pm and we had to ask for them to stop. I also left behind something that I wanted to come back and get, and the host was very difficult to get ahold of. I wasn't able to retrieve my item and I was very disappointed. For the cost of the stay it was worth it for how close you are to everything, but I do not think I will be returning for the reasons above.

We were looking for a cozy, convenient retreat near downtown Wimberley. Beer Ranch Project Inn was the perfect place, allowing a short stroll to downtown and a relaxing, private studio awaiting us when we returned. We stayed in Studio 3, which is so roomy and completely updated with charming decor. The bed is amazingly comfortable and the bathroom is huge with a separate shower and bathtub. Parking is steps away from the private entrance. A great find and we will definitely be back!

This place was very relaxing and romantic getaway . Very quiet and the owners are very sweet. Thank you they even left a sweet note and wine for us for our 5th anniversary. This was so much fun and all the shopping is right there .
