"I should have known better. It is right across from and parallel to a truck stop. All night I heard the trucks revving up to get on the road. Also all the buttons on the ac in my room had worn off and I couldn't get it to turn on. Pillows were mushy with no support and bed was very stiff. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned."

"We had 2 complaints about our stay. 1. The indoor pool is not heated but should be. Pool temperature was 72 degrees. Without the sun, it's never going to warm up. The room it was in was warm. 2. The breakfast bar was horrible to say the least. The eggs were watery and cold. The sausage patties were still cold in the center. My wife and I had to throw our breakfast away. Even the French toast sticks were cold. C'mon folks. You can do better than that. It doesn't take a genius to...

"The reception representative was very nice. However, the hotel is being renovated so there were boxes all in the front entrance area and all along the hallway on the floor the room was on. Good signage everywhere to notify guests. Room was clean. I arrived late and it was very quiet so easy to get to sleep- no work being done that would wake one up."

"Little to no decorations on the walls in our room and a hassock for a nightstand. No wash clothes or hand towels, just bath towels. Bare minimum, but it was fine. The lady at the desk was helpful."

"The property looked untidy and dirty on arrival and isn’t kept well but the room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was adequate, staff were helpful. Many restaurants nearby which was great after a long car journey."

"Poor hospitality and rude check out, did not bother to wait for the breakfast. Bathroom tub was dirty and over all in need of completing renovation. Room AC was off and took forever to cool the entire unit, not the bathroom which we ebded up not showering! Beds mattress were very hard and noicy. Just rested the night and ran away!"
