"There weren't a lot of places to stay in this town. Staff was wonderful but by the time I paid for the room and our fury, I found it quite expensive for the value and the area. I am always surprised how few hotels in south Texas are pet friendly. "

"BEWARE!! No housekeeping on the weekend! Very specific rules even to get fresh towels!!!! For $225 a night, this is a scam. Very noisy, below and above the second floor. Fan in the bathroom ran 24/7. Refrigerator in room made noise 24/7. Property needs more attention for cleanliness and upkeep. No towels in the weight room & both treadmills are out of order! I will stay elsewhere next time for sure. "

"We went to visit TT for the first time and we decided in the embassy suites because they are pet friendly and we had our dog, we are also a family of 5 so we need more space and the fact that they have separate areas is a plus for us. The hotel is clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. They free breakfast was also great, and the courtesy drinks for the happy hour were great. Property it’s not new and you can tell as soon you step in but we had a good time. "

"The bathroom smelled like the inside of a city sewer. Apparently they have a drainage issue with the main line out of the hotel so the smell of sewage comes from the shower, sink and toilet. Other than this horrible problem the place is great. "

She has a great personality and is very skilled in Customer relations. "It should be the Poor Quality Inn. The Blow dryer didn’t work, carpet was disgusting,drapes on window was hung crooked, hard bed, lost money in vending machine. On our trip we stayed at two other Quality Inns, couldn’t ask for better experience. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, clean room and great beds."
