Perfect. Loved our stay there. Tip for entry that worked for us - we had to enter the door code 2 times. The second entry cycle it opened smoothly. Not sure why but it was the key to easy door opening.

This place is right in the middle of everything with a ridiculous view of the USS North Carolina. If it gets hit by lightning again while you're there, you won't miss it! (Look it up on YT). The apt was well appointed with everything you'll need and a walk to everything else.

Our stay at Kristine’s condo was wonderful! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed. We arrived very late and Kristine made sure the lights were on and music was playing in the TV! She was really easy to work with and very communicative! She did let us know the parking pass was a bit tricky, but it was a little more than a “bit”. Regardless, it was so nice not having to worry about where we had to park, we got the hang of it eventually. The area was very convenient to all things shipping and bars and restaurants. If we ever make a trip back to Wilmington we will certainly try to stay there again!
