Oasis in the middle of town for large groups with pool and 2 Master bedrooms.

Our home is perfect for everyone! The large 40' x 20' pool is fun for all. The home offers two master bedrooms with televisions, and full sized bunkbeds in the children's room with a full size crib. There is both a Livingroom to watch television and a large game room with a television and table for four to play your favorite boardgames or cards . The house is just a short walk to Wilmington's most premiere shopping, dinning and parks. Guest can enjoy the beach's in minutes from this location, 7.3 miles to Wrightsville Beach NC, 13.2 miles to Carolina Beach. Historic downtown Wilmington with the famous Riverwalk and Live Oak Pavilion is a short 4.2 miles. We love fur babies, but our HOA requires only safe breeds and that you provide records of veterinary prescribed flea and tick medication. We also ask that you only bring dogs that are good with kids and other dogs.

This place has everything you need in a great vacation home and location. They thought of everything and more. There are even hampers in every bedroom closet. The clean nursery was a bonus. The pool was fantastic.We made great use of the coffee bar which could satisfy any type of coffee drinker.It is spacious, well equipped and clean and easily accommodated the eight of us.

Stay was very nice! A few things we found to consider for future guests. Nails on deck need to be looked at. I had one go partially in my foot. Luckily it did not hurt me. Several screws on lower deck coming up. Shower drain in second master bedroom drips constantly.Oferall a great experience

Everything is great

First of all, we arrived around 3pm but the check-in time is 4pm. The owner/manager was so nice and let us check in earlier. The house is beautiful and big enough for 9 of us, the location is great, closed to all of the attractions and grocery stores. The communication between us and owner/manager was great, they got back to me right away. We all had a great time and love this house. Highly recommended and we will be back in summer time.

Wonderful stay in Wilmington!

Lovely spacious home located just a couple of minutes to the beaches, restaurants and historic sites. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture and big screen tv in between our many activities. Our dogs loved the backyard, which had tons of green space, in addition to a huge pool (another selling point of our stay). The hosts thoughtfully offered the basics in the kitchen, so we could prepare meals.

The property is large and has an amazing outdoor space. For our tennis team and the locations where we played, no property could not have been better. The owner was quick to respond and incredibly helpful when we needed a question answered. We highly recommend this property, and hope other groups enjoy it as much as we did.

Great Family Property

Our family of six adults and one infant came to Wilmington for a wedding. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for all of us, comfortable beds and everything we needed for our stay. Great central location. The backyard with pool is especially enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again.

The Best Time!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful and the backyard was amazing! It has everything and more that you need! We had two babies that loved running and crawling on the back porch that was carpeted and enclosed! The pool was great as well! It is so close to everything you need! The owner got back to us very fast when we had questions and they keep the house stocked with what you need! It was very clean as well. Such a beautiful home! We will be staying here again!! Definitely recommend!! 🙂

Roomy with a well-equipped kitchen

We were cooking for a big group so appreciated the abundance of large bowls and pans. Also, there is plenty of seating especially in the outdoor area, which is the nicest aspect of the home. All the bathrooms were nice. The washer and dryer were easy to use. It is a one-floor home, which is good for those who find stairs difficult. The only two inconveniences were that 1) the lighting was not good in some rooms; one room so much so that we did not really use it. (Young people watched a movie there one night.) 2) the mattresses on the bunk beds were "okay" but not super comfortable.
