We are located just minutes from Wrightsville Beach, historic Downtown Wilmington, Carolina Beach is 12 minutes away.City trail which leads to parks and downtown is across the street. 4 minute walk to flying machine brewery and 5 minutes away from newly renovated independence mall.

Moving son into college

The house was perfect for our needs and well appointed. Loved the huge tvs, coffee bar, and comfy beds!The back yard was beautiful; I hate we didn’t have the time to enjoy it more. The location is so convenient to everything.

Short stay to visit local family and enjoy beaches

House was exactly as described, well-stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Location is perfect, beaches, battleship, family, and restaurants all within 20 minutes of house. Owner was extremely fast in replying to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a Family of Four

Check in was seamless. Owner communicated everything needed up front and responded immediately to approve my request for late check out on Sunday due to our tournament schedule. The place had everything we needed for the weekend. Was super clean, in excellent condition, and in a good location (not too refraining from beach, soccer complex we played at, or restaurants/dining). It also has a private backyard oasis. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Wilmington!

Family beach trip

The house was perfect for us, 2 teenagers, and our dog. The fenced in yard was a great hangout spot and good for the dog. To note- pets are not allowed on the beds and couch, just something to note if your fur babies are used to sleeping in bed with you. We had to kennel our dog at night which wasn’t ideal and I wish I would’ve known this before booking. The house is about 20 minutes from Wrightsville beach. Dogs aren’t allowed on the beach after March 31st, but the town itself is very dog friendly. We were close to restaurants and stores.

Listing surpassed expectations

Wonderful location and felt at home! Close to downtown Wilmington, beaches, and UNCW! Property was clean and the owner responded promptly to any questions we had about the property. One of our best experiences with Vrbo! Would definitely recommend to other visitors.

Absolutely charming!

What a wonderful hidden gem in Wilmington! The property is even better than the photos suggest. It is absolutely charming! It was a perfect fit for our family. While this was our first visit to the area, it will definitely not be the last. The house is in a great location. You're literally within 15-20 minutes of EVERYTHING!10/10 would recommend!

Great get away!

House was very clean and modern with a beachy feel, the back yard and deck are great! Everything on one level for family members of all ages! Close to great restaurants and the college. Our host responded within minutes! Beats any hotel folks! Enjoyed it thoroughly!

Everything you need

Perfect for two couples and dog. Bedrooms were comfortable, neighborhood quite,kitchen well stocked. Backyard fenced and private. Bbq grill WITH charcoal provided. Walkway to an amazing park area, complete with pond and water fall. Will stay again when in the area. waterfall. We will return when in the area

A beautiful home

We stayed at this home while moving my granddaughter into UNCW for her freshman year, it was very close to campus. Beautifully decorated home, very clean and the host provided more amenities than most. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who needs to rent close to campus!

40th Birthday Getaway

This house is amazing. It had everything we could possibly need and having the bed and bathroom linens included was such a huge help. It is centrally located for anything you would want to do in the Wilmington area. We loved that it was pet friendly and there is a great walking path that we used each day. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom shower was great! We loved the double shower heads. My son said he felt like he was in a carwash! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck while our son and dog played in the fenced yard. The owner was readily available for any questions we had and even told us about some OTH events to get merch. We would highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking for a conveniently located place to stay with many restaurants, breweries, stores and more nearby. We are looking forward to staying here again!
