This charming property boasts 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a fun bunk bed room. With 2.5 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower, guests will feel right at home. Relax in the serene living room or unwind on the sofa bed.

    Short walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, community gym, pool and tennis/pickle ball courts.

Hostess was very accommodating and the house was perfect for our family and two children. It’s clean, homey and beautifully decorated. Wonderful location to downtown!

Excellent property! Very clean and welcoming! Host was wonderful and answered our questions promptly. Highly recommend. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit to Wilmington.

Very nice, comfortable and clean house for what we wanted. Watched a lot of basketball games as the NCAA tournament was on. Host was very thorough on what was expected. It was nice to be centrally located for my Wilmington family to visit.

We had an amazing stay at this rental! The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed (and more), and located in a calm, quiet neighborhood that was perfect for us. The location couldn’t have been better.The host was fantastic—friendly, clear with all the details, and incredibly responsive. Even though we booked just two nights before our arrival, communication was seamless and reassuring. The host even accommodated a last-minute request, which made our trip so much smoother.Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed home away from home.
