New Pet Freindly Home in historic Downtown Wilmington with fenced yard

House is located less than a mile to all that downtown has to offer. Recently completed in November of 2023 and located on a quiet street. Very easy access to all that Wilmington has to offer. A block from a few restaurants and a brewery and about 7 blocks to all of the moo action in downtown Wilmington. The cargo district is also about 7 blocks away. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with lots of natural light. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for entertaining. The living room has a large 75 inch tv and two leather couches, one of which is a queen sleeper sofa. There is also an elliptical work out machine as well as some free weights to get some exercise while you are staying here. The front porch has a rocking chair and bench to enjoy the peaceful views of the area . The backyard is fenced in, gas grill,and has an outdoor couch and table as well. Perfect for those traveling with pets. The owner has a separate entrance to a space attached to the back of the house which he may be staying in at certain times of the year, The main house space is all for the tenant and the owner does not have access to this. There is internet as well as slingTV(cable) to use. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. There is a drip coffee maker, a ninja blender for smoothies, and the filtered water from the fridge is great. The Hi-wire brewery, Cugino Forno Pizza, and Bowstring Burgers and Brewyard are great choices to eat or have a beer and they are only a block away on 10th and Princess. Pets 1=$100, 2=$125

phenomenal & beautiful home, great location!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The home is impeccable, beautifully decorated clean as a whistle and stacked with all the supplies you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal! We traveled with our pets, but you could not tell that it was a pet friendly home. We are very respective of properties Where we stay, especially with our pups, but I would not let that deter me if I was not bringing a pet, is the home looks like it’s brand new and smells like it is too! We loved it. We would love to book it again when we come back to the area. Communication with the owner was excellent as well. And the location can’t be beat!

Wonderful trip

Stayed here for our daughter's college graduation. House was immaculate and much bigger than we thought. Close to breweries and downtown. Andrew was responsive and accomodating. Will stay here again!

The home was spotless and had all the amenities needed. It was close to downtown and easy to get to the beach areas. Andrew was a fantastic host and quickly responded to any questions. We will be back next time we are in Wilmington. And our son is now engaged! She said yes on Wrightsville Beach. Great memories!

Beautiful clean home with everything u need.

Beautiful clean home that had everything we needed for a 3 night stay to visit with my daughter who has an apartment in Wilmington while doing her clinical 6 week medical rotation but didn’t have room for us to stay with her. Easy check in and check out. Nice amenities. Highly recommend:)

Comfortable cozy house in good location

House was newly renovated and immaculate. Well stocked with everything we needed for a weekend stay. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet but easy walk to riverfront. Super easy check in, owner emailed us code to get in, left detailed instructions and suggestions in nearby restaurants. Would rent again if backmin area.

Great location to enjoy historic Wilmington

My wife and I and teenage daughter stayed at the property and had a great time. It was spacious and fit us well. The kitchen was fantastic. The location was great for visiting historic Wilmington, and for day visits to the beaches in Wrightsville and Carolina. It also was right next to the brewery Highwire, which was a nice evening place to go with our dog. The owner even let us use his guest parking spot at the Carolina beach, which was a nice surprise. We would definitely rent again

Great Location

Great trip to Wilmington. Property is very comfortable and a very close walk downtown. It’s a short drive over to Carolina or Wrightsville Beaches. We will be coming back for sure!
