"No wifi and no service unless you have AT&T provider. Bathrooms might need some work.Overall, great stay and strategic facility next to the Lake Tawakoni state park. The owner is great guy!"

"Perfect for our needs. We rented the whole property that includes the apartment. Nothing better when traveling with toddlers. Dallas/stockyards are only about 1 1/2 hours. Can't forget Buck-ees about 30 min and groceries and everything you need about 20 min. Away. Communication was great and on time. This owner has an app that makes it easy peasy for all instructions, restaurants everything you need to know. "
