"This was a true gem in the rough. We assumed it was brand new, but were told it was two years old. The room was very clean and well maintained. My only upgrade idea would be for a room-darkening shade at the window. With the outside security lights, it was hard to realize it was nighttime. "

"The only thing we didn't like was the temperature in our room. It was too warm and we couldn't get it cooled down. That was our only complaint. We absolutely love staying there. It's a wonderful getaway romantic time for us."

"The staff was friendly from the start. The lobby was impeccably clean and had a pleasant scent. We were able to check in early because our room was ready before the official check-in time. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. It was spacious, and the furniture and fixtures were beautiful."

"The staff was amazing and the room was great. The pool however cut up my kids toes with thevent on the bottom of the pool there was no avoiding it and we didnt know till it was to late. This happend to several other guests as well."

"The property pool shut down. No real creamers in room. No tea in rooms. No microwave in rooms. AC leaks on deck. Ice machine leaks. Cleaning lady Pattie outstanding. Best employee in the building."

"It was good however I’m disappointed with a few things. I wish they had a breakfast in the morning. It would be nice if they had a pool, too. Their dryers were all out of order. The biggest reason that upset me is that they were not very family friendly. We requested a bottom floor but they couldn’t accommodate I guess so we were on second floor. The people below complained during the day and night about my kids footsteps. They weren’t being too excessive like jumping, just running around...
