    Esta hermosa propiedad se encuentra en el lado soleado de Nancy Lake, que está a 60 millas al norte de Anchorage. La villa impecable está equipada con todo lo necesario para sus vacaciones lago, incluyendo ropa de cama, aparatos de cocina, platos, estufa, microondas, acceso a internet, TV / DVD.     Las actividades favoritas (según lo informado por nuestros clientes): en la propiedad - la natación, paseos en bote, canoa, kayak, esquí acuático, el senderismo, la pesca, que se sientan alrededor de la fosa del fuego para asar malvaviscos, mecanizado con nieve, trineos, lectura (grandes libros disponibles en nuestra biblioteca), los juegos de mesa, tarjetas, o el sistema de juego electrónico, hacer barbacoas deliciosas comidas, sumergirse en la bañera de hidromasaje, ver películas (gran selección en nuestra biblioteca de vídeo) en el nuevo televisor de pantalla plana, y relajarse en cómodas sillas en el cubiertas o muelle mientras disfruta de las preciosas vistas.

    Fuera de la propiedad (distancia recorrida) - pesca (pescadores de clase mundial han sido nuestros huéspedes!), Rafting, caminar sobre un glaciar, 4 de rueda, montar a caballo, ciclismo de montaña, visitar la granja de buey almizclero, equipos de trineos de perros, minas de oro, museos, Denali, Palmer, Wasilla, pase de Hatcher, y Talkeetna.

What a great stay. We really enjoyed the property. The whole family loved Kayaking around the lake and especially the channel. Views from the deck were awesome. Hosts were wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped, really enjoyed the morning coffee on the deck. Best highlight of the stay was seeing Denali on a clear day from the lake in a kayak. Hope to stay here again some day,

Jim and Theresa noticed we were getting in late and brought us over coffee for in the morning before we arrived. I really appreciated that. They were wonderful host's. If your looking for a nice quiet place to go and relax, look no further. We hope to come back in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone. Our hosts could not have been nicer and more welcoming. We would 100% stay here when we come back to Alaska. Thank you again!

Theresa, Jim, Willow the dog and the home all deserve more than five stars!The home has everything you need for recreating - kayaks, paddle boards, a canoe, paddle boat, swimming platforms, out door fire pit and gas grill are the outside perks.Inside the place is beautifully decorated including local art. They have everything you need to cook full meals, enjoy cups of coffee (a REAL coffee maker which doesn't use pods), as mentioned above an outdoor grill and a microwave to reheat left overs.The beds were incredibly comfortable - first time I have traveled where after the third day there was no hip or back pain.They also have lots of games and movies if you are looking for indoor activities.Owners Theresa and Jim were so friendly and so helpful - incredible hosts that you didn't know were there until you needed something (somehow they just knew when to stop by). Plus their dog Willow was such a sweet pup.Can not recommend this place enough - thank you for making our trip so spectacular!

We had a wonderful time! The hand sprayer for the kitchen faucet broke & the owner came almost right away. The communication was prompt & accurate, very responsive. This is the second time we’ve stayed there & will def stay again. We’ve only been in the winter but can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer. Thank you!

Awesome Getaway

Texas to Alaska!

Driving from Texas to Alaska, the Nancy Lake Villa was a great 5 day break. Clean and well equipped home on the lake. The owners were super friendly, and very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area.

Beautiful view

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was right on the lake with a beautiful view and it had all the necessary amenities. The property manager was right there in a cabin on the property as well to assist us if we needed anything. It was a wonderfully pleasant stay and we will consider the property again next time we are planning a vacation in Alaska.

Family getaway to the lake

This was our second time back to this property at Nancy Lake. We love it here and Jim and Theresa are wonderful, welcoming hosts. Hope to be back next year.
