"Property is amazing! It's secluded and perfect for a family/group getaway. It is about a half hour from the nearest grocery store so come prepared with all your fixings. The glamping tent was romantic and cozy-the only thing I would say that you might need to be prepared is a small heater. We came when it got down to 55 degrees at night. "The place was clean and bedding comfortable. The 2 bedroom listing was a bit deceiving, the 2nd bedroom also includes the kitchenette, dining area and no living or lounging space. The space was very tiny and cramped. The 1 bedroom was a nice size and the bathroom was in there. There was only 1 window and it was high on the wall. The outdoor space was very small. For me it felt a bit claustrophobic and not worth the price we paid."

"Awesome cozy house in Arcata. This was one of our stops from our roadtrip up to Oregon from Los Angeles. After staying in cottages in Carmel and Mendocino it was nice to have the relaxing feeling of a house. Our dog enjoyed the yard a lot for roaming. Hope to return. "Stayed in this lovely studio for two nights, while exploring the area.Such a comfortable stay, everything we needed to enjoy our trip to Humboldt.Location was great, easy walking around the town of Arcata and to the Marshes.Having the Co-op nearby was a big bonus. Even though we were there Friday and Saturday the place was wonderfully peaceful.The studio is thoughtfully decorated, and we were glad of the fan during the warm spell.
