"We stayed 3 nights in The Gaulala Cottage. The room had a great view from the deck. The property is older and a little rustic. Everything was clean for the most part. The sleeper sofa would be fine for a younger child, not so good for a young adult. Communication and Parking were both good. The driveway is steep. Beware if you have a car that sits low. "

"Hi this was our first trip with our dog Stevie and my mom. The house was spacious for all of us and back yard was perfect for Stevie. The property had texting ability with quick responses. The shower in master was small and shower pressure was weak. Overall was the perfect location for us. Very homey. Would stay here again. "

"Just a most pleasant stay. We only stayed one night as we were traveling the next day. But it was the perfect "reset" for us and the most adorable tiny home! The surrounding gardens outside and the serene setting were just what we needed! And the host was so pleasant and attentive. Would stay again!!!"

"Five retired couples stayed in our group. The property was perfect for our needs. A great location between Mendocino and Fort Bragg. It was exceptionally well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was generally well stocked. The views were unsurpassed. Highly recommended."

"The location was perfect! Quiet and very peaceful! The communication with the host and his very excellent detailed directions and instructions were super helpful. The kitchen was clean and functional and we enjoyed the games. The propane stove worked very well and quickly heated the cabin. The property was very pretty and secluded. The bed closet to the living room was painfully uncomfortable… but we moved into the other bedroom and that be was better. There were plenty of towels, washcloths...

"We loved everything about it. The only thing we would have wanted was screens on the windows so we could open them. Flies got in if we left door open even for a minute. Place was stuffy without fresh air. Fan helped a bit. But again: we loved the place, had a great time, and would stay there again and recommend to others. "
