"What a great experience! The place was clean and new and fit my family’s needs perfectly! Great communication with John, the property manager, who was able to extend my stay easily when I needed another night. 5/5 all day!"

"The Yearling will always have a very special place in my heart. It is old Florida charm at its finest. The cabins are not 5-star accommodations, but rather exactly what you would expect to find located on Cross Creek between Lake Orange and Lake Lochloosa. They are clean, comfortable and offer an excellent view of the creek. The neighborhood peacocks call to each other while birds and other wildlife occasionally travel by. My husband and I have stayed three times so far and would love to go back...

"It was so much more than we expected . It was peaceful and quiet, right on the river. Lovely gift basket included park passes."

"To begin with, communication with the owner is outstanding! Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The house is large enough for a big family! It was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house is located close to Rainbow Springs Park. The kids enjoyed the indoor basketball game and the Pac man machine. The hot tub was a hit for both the kids and adults! I highly recommend this property! "

"It was very relaxing. Loved sitting out in the porches and listen to the wildlife at night. Great location on the river! I would recommend eating at Swampys restaurant just down the road. Also make time to explore the river via kayak or renting a boat just down the road. "

"Property was as advertised. Plenty of space to spread out especially with the back yard. Quiet neighborhood within a short drive to the springs, tubing and kayaking adventures. Short drive to stores including Publix, Walmart, Winn Dixie and Aldi. "

"We had a fantastic stay! Hailee and Josh (and their sons!) are gracious hosts who made us feel very welcome. The farmhouse is huge and the layout was perfect for the 10 of us. The kids enjoyed all sleeping in one room for a cousin sleepover. We’re all looking forward to another family get together here in the future!"

"This was a perfect location for our girls paddle weekend!!! It’s a quick launch to either Rainbow River or the Withlacoochee and we enjoyed both over several days. The house was comfy and quirky like most river rentals. My only negative was the 2nd downstairs “bedroom” was very uncomfortable for the friend that ended up staying in that one. There was almost no air, with very low ceiling and just a basement feel. As an all adult group of women, that was sort of a bummer. The 2nd king room...
