The expansive kitchen opens to a large living area, ideal for enjoying time with family and friends. There is a strict maximum of 4 vehicles allowed. There is absolutely no street parking in the neighborhood.



This is a non-smoking residence. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This is a family-friendly property and there will be additional charges if we discover any evidence of smoking in the home.



Absolutely no events, parties, or large gatherings. Any unauthorized guests, including day guests, will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.



We have a very strict no pets policy. Pets on the property will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund.



You must be 25 years of age to book. ID verification will be required.



A security camera (a Ring doorbell) is located at the front door for your safety. The camera faces the front yard and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera doorbell is actively recording video and audio is monitored.

What a great place! You must stay here!

This place is beautiful. It has everything you need for a stay for example, washer & dryer, all the utensils and pots and pans. I wish we could've stayed longer. My family and friends really enjoyed it. We attended a wedding at Charleston Lane and it was only 7 minutes away. Great location and great host! The host responded quickly to all my questions. Gorgeous and Stocked

The home is GORGEOUS and accurately advertised online. Home owner was responsive. Be aware of mosquitoes and lizards as you are close to the water. Plan to have candles readily available. Amenities and more were provided. Pantry was surprisingly stocked and seasonings and cleaning supplies. Towels and additional bedding was provided. More thank enough space for +8 adults, if needed. Conviently located to grocers and water sports within 15-20min. 10/10 would highly recommend. We definitely plan to return on a yearly basis.

Beautiful, Modern Home

This is a huge very modern, very clean home with every convenience you could want. The floor plan is open, and there was plenty of natural light. The furnishings were super comfortable, inside and outside. The kitchen was very well supplied with modern ZLINE appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The grandkids loved the bunk beds! There were 11 of us there, and you could all be together, or have solitude if you wished. My wife and I stayed in the primary suite. It had a powered adjustable bed, a beautiful tub, and the biggest shower I've ever seen! There were some things that could be improved however. These are mainly nit-picky items. 1. The drawer microwave is installed too high. 2. There were no two way light switches. There was a very large walk thru closet you had to cross in the dark to reach a light switch. 3. This is very new construction, and it needs a little more decor to make it feel like a home. 4. The day before check in, we got an email that said there was parking for "2 cars max". In reality, there was room for 2 cars in the garage, and 2 cars in the driveway. When I contacted the owner, he was very responsive to ease my concern. Hopefully, the AI generated email will be corrected in the future. 5. There could be some very basic instructions available for operating the oven and the adjustable bed. Overall the stay was very enjoyable!

Prefect vacation home on the lake!

This house was fabulous! It is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our large family of 16. Brand new home and super clean! Each room had a huge walk in closest, perfect for baby cribs. Shampoo and soap in every bathroom, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. There was tons of space in the kitchen with lots of seating. It has everything we needed. The host was excellent. He responded immediately to every question. We can’t say enough good about this house. We can’t wait to go back!

Lake life

This was a quick short vacation from my family to get together we’ve ranged in the ages of one year to 60 and all of us loved the houseYou’re able to take your boat right at the back of the house the swimming pool was two houses over and the house was so beautiful most importantly with 16 people we were not on top of each other and guy was a pleasure to work with We will definitely be back
