"We had a terrific time at this property with excursions to Mystic and the Coast Guard Academy for graduation. Would definitely recommend!"

"We loved this property.Only stayed one night, wish we could spend more time here. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom extras in case you've forgotten some essentials at home. Electric fireplace for that special atmosphere while hanging out in the living room. Super comfy mattresses. Shower with great water pressure and extra large head. Convenient access, private parking space. Board games. Books. Quiet air purifiers in each room.I could go on and on.Definitely will stay again. Adding to favorites."

"This is a one bedroom apartment in a VERY quiet building. I could listen to birds outside all day long; very unusual in an apartment setting, especially during the day. The apartment has a spacious living area, kitchen and bedroom and very functional bathroom. Truly couldn’t find a better, cleaner, more appealing and private place to stay in Manchester. The care of the owner in every aspect is obvious. "

"We visited this property for a short stay and it meet our expectations for the value. Contact with host was easy and property manager coordinated return of a personal item we forgot which was so kind.This cottage makes good use of the space and the decore is fun. Pictures make it look slightly larger than it is and all bedrooms are open to other spaces but for our family that was not an issue. "I found this location over a year ago for my son’s college graduation weekend. It worked out perfectly to have some open space to hang out and play games in between all of the festivities. "
