"Excellent property. It is secluded enough to feel like you’re in your own world. The home was very clean, stocked appropriately and the kitchen was stocked with quality dishes/glasses/etc.The rooms were large, clean and the beds were high quality. The hosts directions and info were informative and covered everything you’d need to know.There was ample fire wood supplied and the outside space was fantastic- though the rear yard wasn’t enormous, the view was spectacular.I wouldn’t recommend...

"Carrie gets the 5 stars she was amazing and so accommodating! We had a place to stay in Buffalo the night before we were coming to Rochester, late in the day they canceled on us and there were no hotel rooms. Carrie let us in early and kept us from being homeless several thousand miles away from home and with children. "

"We enjoyed our stay with its wooded small town feel. The home was clean, and had everything we needed. The host was kind and easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend staying here."

"A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned....

"We were in town from Buffalo for our son’s wedding.The space was perfect for our immediate family and a great space for the groomsmen to get ready.Pool was a perk because it was a hot weekend.Would recommend staying here.Plenty of space"

"This was the perfect spot. Walking distance to friendly restaurants. Close to golf courses and grocery. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Jed was very informative and had excellent communication before and during our stay. "

"Enjoyed our stay at this cottage located between Sodus Bay and lake Ontario. Great access to both bodies of water. Cottage was clean and cute and had all the basic amenities. Had an issue with the ac that the owner was quick to communicate and remedy situation. Beautiful sunsets over lake Ontario. "
