"The red house is the perfect spot for a quiet weekend getaway. Absolutely beautiful private location, fully equipped stay with the perfect hot tub to relax in. The near by shops and restaurants are worth exploring. This is my favourite spot to stay in the area. "

"Stayed here for a weekend with group of friends (6), place was as advertised, very well maintained and lovely home. Had a nice backyard and water access. Host was also very responsive and helpfull. Highly recommend!"

"The property is clean cozy, and provides everything you could need for a weekend away. Our pups loved it and had a blast running around and swimming all the time. The upstairs bedroom closer to the stairs tends to get a little hotter than the others, but it was manageable. Overall a great option. We recommend. "

"My husband and I bicycle quite a bit. We enjoyed the Bike Trail that started in Meaford and would go all the way to Stayner. The cottage was pristine and we found things easily. We love the wraparound deck. Very quiet and calm atmosphere."

"We were looking for a quiet getaway to relax and enjoy the outdoors, and Riverview was the perfect place. We enjoyed hiking on the 85 acre property, with lots of little hidden gems to find. Afterwards, a relaxing time on the beautiful wrap-around deck and a barbecue. The location is secluded, but close enough to get to the beaches and other towns within 20 minutes. Mark was a fantastic host, checking with us throughout our stay to make sure we found everything we needed, and answered all of...

"My family and I had a fantastic time staying at John and Franca’s cottage home! Our group consisted of 5 adults, one toddler and a newborn and 2 pups. The pictures are reflective of the property and it really is that beautiful and well-maintained. The home is probably the best stocked home we have ever stayed with - it had everything including items for our pups! The owners were incredible hosts and super responsive. Absolute pleasure to communicate with :)"

"Stunning property!! Everything was ideal! The house was immaculate, the grounds were stunning and the animals too!! We will definitely be back!! The hosts were very accommodating and easily accessible to us when we needed information!! This place is a must to stay at!!"

"Had a really nice stay. Cottage is cute and was very clean. Great location - minutes from the town of Flesherton but property feels like we are isolated, very peaceful- good home base for our day trips. Caution that the third bedroom does not have 4 walls & you have to walk through it to get to the master bedroom. Not a problem for us as we only needed 2 bedrooms but I wouldn’t have wanted that one."
