"Charming decor and solid furniture. Lovely screened porch and deck. Micro kitchen—smaller that we expected but we’ll-equipped. Bedrooms also smaller than expected. Beds were good. "

"This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future! "

"This cottage never disappoints! Great place to relax, refresh and spend time with friends and family. Decor is perfect and the view and dock are off the charts. "

"It was our second time to vacation there. Great place if you're looking for a get away place. The host is responsive to any questions . The Sherwood shoppe has the best food."

"We stayed in Hadley because we had friends and locals we wished to visit in a few spots in and around the house. Very convenient location. It’s farm adjacent in a small cul de sac of similar ranch style homes."

"We stayed for 2 nights to attend an event at Springfield College. 'We' were 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. While it is pet friendly there were no remnants of any pets from previous renters. It is an OLD farmhouse that was immaculate and comfortably furnished. It is stocked with plenty of towels and all the kitchen utensils and appliances needed. The property is very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of parking and a nice backyard for active kids."

"The cabin was the perfect place to stay after our rafting adventure. Loved the oversized kitchen table. We were all able to eat together, play games, etc. Wish we had stayed another night to explore more of the local scenery. The owner was easy to communicate with through the whole process, and even went the extra mile to return an item to us that was left behind. Overall, a lovely stay."

"This was perfect for two nights, two adult friends just looking for some quiet time away from kids. Property was clean and peaceful and had all of the basics. "

"From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....

"Laid-back location, sitting in the gazebo to watch the horses graze was just what we needed to unplug. Hosts Brent and Claire were terrific, friendly with clear communication (check-in, directions, etc) and they put lots of thought into making a welcoming space. Well-appointed, clean and much seemed brand new. Got to meet their wonderful dogs too. Would definitely stay here again."

"The house was clean and well appointed, with thoughtful touches like single-use laundry soap packets. We wanted for nothing. Checkout procedures were clear and unobtrusive. The neighborhood was quiet, and located well in the heart of Pioneer Valley. Northampton, Amherst, The Notch, Deerfield and the upper valley are all just a hop and a skip away. For someone looking for a clean, well-lighted place from which to base their daily adventures, this home is everything they could want and more."
