"If I could give this a 10 star rating I would. The property is on a pond with screened in porch. 5 cozy bedrooms with lots of extras to enjoy. "This Pet-Friendly Cabin was very cozy. It is in a woodland neighbor of cabins, but it feels very secluded. Nobody was at the one cabin that we could see. The weather was cool while we were there, so we enjoyed a campfire outside and one in the indoor fireplace. The cabin was decorated by someone like my grandma who was obsessed with bears and apples. "This is our second time staying in The Clearing. It's one of our all-time favorite stays. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. We could live in this comfortable house. It's charming and well-appointed with everything you'll need. The bed is comfortable. Sit on the screened-in porch and look at the mountain in the distance. Read a book or go for a hike. "This cute home is in a little side neighborhood in town with plenty of parking and an easy walk across the park to a mill building with a couple of favorite haunts: two breweries, a circus school, art and fitness studios. The walk to downtown is a bit further, but doable. The house had ample room for sitting and visiting separate form the cooking and eating space in the kitchen and there was plenty of room in the bedrooms to spread out our luggage bags."

"From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming.
