Great VRBO listing. Very close to the beach. The cottage had everything we needed from beach chairs, beach chairs, floats. We met the owner and he was so kind. Oh and Bree's Delight was such a great "delight". Great drinks, conch fritters, hot dogs and burgers!! Santana's crack lobster was great also. Only stressful moments we had was the road to Little Exuma....not owner's fault. We will be back!

Beautiful two-bedroom home about 50 yards from Tropic of Cancer beach on Little Exuma. The host was extremely nice, check-in was easy, and even floatable inner tubes were provided for the beach. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We stayed for 12 days during the first week of March 2026.The property was exactly as stated on VRBO. The property manager (Kamal) was excellent. He always replied to our questions very quickly. The villa had everything we needed for our stay. The villa was spotless and the location on Tropic of Cancer beach was great. Highly recommend this villa.

Perfect little getaway

The house was clean and nicely updated with modern furniture. The description was accurate, and everything met our expectations. While there's no dishwasher, it wasn’t a problem for us. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and Brea’s Delight, which was a fantastic bonus!

Perfect little house

Pink hibiscus is a beautiful clean home right off one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Tropic of Cancer Beach. The walk is non-strenuous, barely 2 minutes on fairly flat ground. The beds are extremely comfortable. Kamal was easy to book with (we added an extra day after booking) and was very easy to get ahold of while on the island. 10/10, we’ll definitely be back

Perfect Getaway

Had looked at this place and saved it as a favorite over a year ago. Just happened to check the schedule for a quick getaway and was available. It met all of our needs, was clean and great location. Kamal is a local and the area is a close-knit community. Will definitely be back!

Honeymooner Paradise

Absolutely breathtaking location! We got lost as we didnt make arrangements prior to leaving the states for International Travelers. Therefore we didnt have the use of Google Map. We ended up at a restaurant i recognized from my research and they allowed us to connect to their wifi. We contacted Kamal and he met us at the restaurant and we followed him to our villa! Bed was so comfortable! Quiet neighborhood! Steps away from the most beautiful beach i have ever seen; Tropic of Cancer Beach. Beach was never crowded! House had everything we needed! The road conditions to the house were as other reviews stated but manageable if driving slow. Wifi was spotty so if you plan to work a little while your here best beat is to do it off the property. I know why in the world would someone want to do any work while at paradise? Some of us have no choice. The drive from the airport or to restaurants does take sometime and thats mainly for all the pot holes your dodging on the main roads. Be prepared to drive on the wrong side of the road and the car if you live in the United States. A experience my husband LOVED and will never forget. Rent A Car is a MUST! Thompson Rental is who we used. Must eat place Blu on the Water and Yacht Club!!! We ate at the Yacht Clud twice! Will definitely return!

"Tropical View Villa Pink Hibiscus"

Everything about my stay was perfect. The house had all the comforts of home. There was nothing I lacked. The beach was what everything you picture a tropical beach being. Miles of white sand and swimming pool clear water. I found some decent snorkeling on either end of the beach. The neighborhood was so quiet and the nights so dark, the stars were brilliant. The locals were genuinely friendly. I never once felt like a stranger. Sandy at the pop up bar was amazing.

Family of 4 Dream vacation

The house was great, clean, well equipped and even equipped for beach outings. The only complaint I do have is the beds. They were hard as a rock. Other than that the AC worked great water heater stayed hot and great with beach gear! Also they host are very helpful our car died they day we had to leave and had jumper cables right around corner. I really hate to complain about anything but I had a hard time sleeping due to the mattress.
