Take comfort in this adorable cozy cottage style vacation home near Lake Geneva, just a 15 min walk to the beach. Visit Yerkes Observatory with the worlds largest refracting telescope. Enjoy the shore path to get an up close view of the historic mansions that surround Lake Geneva. Enjoy the many golf courses, fine dining restuarants & eateries the area has to offer around the Lake. Lake Geneva offers year round adventure with skiing, snowmobiling, ice castles and the holiday Santa Cruise.

Welcome to Bayside Hideaway! A non-smoking, charming little cottage with a hot tub and modern updates. This adorable getaway is within a short walk to the beach, lake, shopping, coffee, restaurants and ice-cream shop. Enjoy coffee or tea on the porch or relax in the hot tub in the backyard. Grill your favorite food while enjoying the outdoors.

This enchanting, cozy, little cottage is tucked away on a secluded street in a quiet wooded residential neighborhood. Among its human residents, you will hear an abundance of migratory song birds and may see many woodland creatures roaming through the properties such as: Deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, chipmunks, and raccoons.
This neighborhood is very walkable, or bring a bicycle (car/motor cycle/vehicle access of course) with quiet streets that lead to the beach. Rent a kayak, paddle board or canoe for an hour or the day, stop in and check out the local shops, or the Green Grocer and deli where you can stop in and get a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage. Visit the local ice cream shop and various dining options.
This cottage has a staired front and rear deck entry, spiral staircase and railed loft. This property is not child proof, so not ideal for families with small children under the age of 5.

As Hoped for

This property was just as hoped for! Exceptionally clean and cozy with ease of check in and thorough and readily accessible instructions for use of all amenities. The hot tub was nice and very easy to use. The kitchen fully stocked with all needed cooking implements. The bed very comfortable. Host Charlotte was responsive to questions, friendly, and you can tell that the property is a labor of love for her. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

Great Stay With an Amazing Location

We had a wonderful stay over New Years. The house is very clean, well appointed. The hot tub and comfy living room was a great touch. The home is in a perfect location for walking to Williams Bay or a quick drive to Lake Geneva for amazing restaurants. Charlotte is very attentive to her renters with great communications. Highly recommend!

Cozy place for a little get away

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, well stocked, and a perfect location. We had a little trouble with the WiFi staying connected and we needed to work while visiting, but other than that, everything was 5 stars!

Lovely home!

Charlotte’s home was cozy, comfy and well appointed - a perfect home base for our first time exploring Lake Geneva/Williams Bay. Charlotte was so helpful in planning our outings - tons of great info in the guest binder AND she went above and beyond with additional info for us. The hot tub was easy to use and oh so relaxing. 100% will book again!

Charming and Comfortable Cottage

Bayside Hideaway is a charming cottage in a quiet location hosted by a very responsive host, Charlotte. I was there for an extended visit and got to know the place well. The furnishings are well selected and very comfortable, especially the beds. It's an easy walk to the center of the Village of Williams Bay and to the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Wonderful girls getaway

We absolutely love Bayside Hideaway. There is so much about this place we love: Cleanliness, amenities, plush towels, comfortable beds, decor, very clear instructions throughout the house, and the owner’s responsiveness before and during our stay. The location is quiet and close to everything. The outside is peaceful and the hot tub was wonderful. We hope to be back again soon!

Nice quiet home.

We loved the hot tub and used it every night. The upstairs rooms were okay, but the doorways were really low, so a bit difficult to get through for some. Would stay again.

Wintery Weekend Getaway

Charlotte was very responsive and flexible with our stay! We had a perfect weekend snowed in and enjoyed the hot tub. The home was very clean and decorated so beautifully! Definitely recommend visiting any time of year!

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our time at your very charming cottage. Spending more time indoors during those two hot days we had we enjoyed cooled by your great air conditioner. It was a delightful retreat with all the trees and flowers visible from the many windows and comfy chairs. The days we spent on the deck with our dinner or just relaxing and reading are still in my mind as a perfect place to be. We both said we haven’t slept that well in a long time or relaxed like that for that matter. We hope to visit you again soon. Thank you.
