"The front desk personal was the greatest The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff never came and changed out dirty towels for clean ones. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean ones every day we were there."

"From the arrival moment to the time I checked out every one at the lux hotel were happy polite welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spotless the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the restaurant for lunch and dinner was amazingly delicious.. lastly the pool area was very relaxing, I will be back again. "Clean, large room and spacious bathroom with high ceilings. AC unit in window worked well but was a little noisy for sleeping. Could have used a second chair in the room and a refrigerator. We were very happy with the accommodations and easy parking. Central location in town, but still quiet. One big disappointment was that the restaurant was closed. The description for the hotel did not mention this. No restaurants were open for breakfast Sunday through Tuesday and there were very limited...

"Plum Point Lodge is located on a nice, quiet stretch of Lake Seneca. The property was very well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable. The seating area on the dock was fantastic. It was such a relaxing stay, and we will definitely be back again!"

"Rating: 2.5–3 stars This property sits in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning views of the lake and the hills to the west. The sunsets are truly incredible, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The front yard has a lot of charm and potential, though the grass was noticeably overgrown during my stay. The experience itself was unusual. I was greeted briefly by someone who handed me the key, but after that I didn’t see a single staff member, and there’s no real reception...
