"Such an amazing place. Ideal getaway into the mountains while also being within 30 mins of food/entertainment. Glad these places are still intact after the hurricane. It’s on a one room cabin, but has everything you need. Fire pit along the quiet rolling river couldn’t of been better!"

" The location on top of the mountain provided spectacular views and cool mornings even in July. I would suggest putting a medium sized skillet in the house to use with the convection hot plate. The fridge may need checking also. It took most of three days to cool down. Overall this is a great rental which I think was an outstanding value. I would definately stay here again."

"This was our third summer coming to the cabin in Todd and we had an absolutely amazing time. We have already booked our trip for next year and look forward to making more memories. "

The road in front of the house had more traffic than we expected but wasn’t bad and we enjoyed being out in the mountains. "This was our second stay at the Secret Shack and we can’t say enough good things. Chris is an amazing host and everything was better than expected. Many upgrades since our last stay including new furniture, appliances, and a gas fireplace were fantastic. The view is amazing and so cool to wake up to in the master bedroom. Plenty of towels and the bed linens are super comfortable. The hot tub is a nice touch as many smaller properties lack this. We’d give more stars if we could and would love to...

"Great house for relaxing in the mountains. The house has three floors that allows for plenty of space to spread out among multiple generations of visitors. The house is located only minutes from most attractions."

"So many things to mention…fishing and playing in the river, relaxing on the porch, roasting marshmallows by the fire, enjoying the privacy and seclusion of the property (we literally saw no other people while we were there), fully stocked kitchen, linens provided. I could go on and on. We will definitely be back to Blue River Cabin! Thank you for sharing your place with us! "
