"Upscale boutique hotel. But I can't figure out what I'm paying for. Service? There is none. Parking? On your own. Luxury? A mix of modern appointments and cheap ass particle board in unfinished concrete floors. No room service or housekeeping. No staff.
Check in code didn't work. Great location on bardstown Rd w shops and dining options and bars. I'm a vendor for pride festival, and it's the only hotel on site."

"Had problems with getting into property, code would not work and could not get in touch with anyone, had to sit outside of property for a while before some one finally got in touch with us. Finally had to use key to access property. Also contacted about a month before arrival for changing dates to stay said it would not be a problem, but i got charged for the extra day, they said they would look into it never heard a word. Not real happy."

"I’m never sure what neighborhoods a good when I’m traveling. Turns out, this one was perfect. We felt very safe and it was quiet and peaceful.My husband and I stayed with our two adult children for three nights. We all had enough private space in clean, comfortable bedrooms. The back deck was perfect for relaxing evenings and slow mornings."
