Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Villages retreat. This welcoming house features 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with shower amenities. Enjoy a perfect stay in this nice and cozy space. Make your vacation one for the books with a stay at our place.

Beautiful Designer home with open floor plan & professional décor throughout. Eat-in-kitchen offers espresso finished cabinetry & breakfast nook with high top table & six chairs with a birds eye view of the Sweetgum golf course. The dining area features a 4 person dining room table and coffee bar.

The living room has a solar tube to let in the natural light to make it light and bright, opens to a 9' patio door with wonderful screened lanai with outdoor L-shaped sectional seating, 2 outdoor chairs & a 50" smart TV which opens to concrete patio with weber electric grill. Living room with 60" smart TV.

Owner's suite with queen memory foam mattress, 50" smart tv, walk in closet & bath with dual counter height sinks & walk-in tiled shower with glass block window for natural lighting.

Second bedroom with queen memory foam mattress & 50" tv.

Third bedroom offers a queen bed with credenza & occasional chair, 50" smart TV,

Laundry near Owner's suite for convenience that offers front load LG washer & electric dryer, utility sink & more.

Guest bedrooms have pocket door entrance for privacy.

Front patio with Rattan outdoor seating for 2.

15 minute walk to Brownwood Paddock square & 3 minutes by golf cart. Two seat 2020 gas Yamaha Golf cart included in your stay. 20 minutes by golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing, 30 minutes by golf cart to Spanish Springs, 15 minutes to Edna's on the Green by golf cart. 25 minutes to Saw Grass Grove, all with daily live music entertainment. We are near Evans Prairie Golf & Country Club - a 27 hole professional Championship course & 3 nine hole executive courses (many who live here or visit do not golf so don't let that stop you) Two minute walk to Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center. 3 Pools within 1/4 Mi. - (Neighborhood pool age 30+), (Family Pool) and (Sports pool which offers water aerobics, water volleyball, lap pool). We LOVE this home! This was our third time staying here. Beautiful home, perfect location to stores, Brownwood, Eisenhower rec center and the community pool. Easy golf cart ride to Edna’s on the green- a fav place and lot of other attractions. The property manager and owner are super responsive and the house is always impeccably clean. Highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous home in the perfect location! We’ve stayed here before and will again in a few months. Love that it’s extremely clean, tastefully decorated, comfy beds and so close to the neighborhood pool. Nanci (owner) and BK (property manager) were amazing. Super fast response time to questions. Definitely recommend staying here.

This property is perfect for a Villages visit. Incredibly clean, great location and wonderful communication with the owners. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

No control of AC Disappointing Interactions w Owners

Although the property is advertised with air conditioning, the check in instructions say to reach out to the owner if you want to adjust the termperature. Upon arrival, we called and texted owner who was initially slow to respond and then rudely refused to take temperature below 71 degrees. There is no wifi thermostat on the property and thermostat was locked out. We asked VRBO to assist and neither owner initially answered VRBOs calls or emails. Finally at 10 pm owner texts us that we can vacate for refund. It was too late to get into another VRBO. After a hot restless night and still no return call by owner to VRBO, we leave. There were no immediately available VRBOs so we spent the next night in a hotel until we could get into another VRBO. Then owners decide they will not reimburse cleaning fee. We explained that the lack of control over the ac should have been disclosed in the listing as that would have been a deal breaker for us. We even pulled and washed the sheets from the one bed used per check-out instructions. Bc Owner refused full refund after initially texting she would give one, we have not been able to get the VRBO fees refunded. We have stayed in hundreds of VRBOs and ABBs and have never had an owner insist the temperature not go below a set temp, much less 71. We did suggest they disclose this in the listing and hope they decide to be more transparent with future renters.

Beautiful place

The property was as advertised. The place was beautiful and had all of the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. We really loved the open concept and the layout of the house. It was located close to the Brownwood square for shopping and entertainment. It was in a great neighborhood for walking. The owners were great to deal with and we do plan to stay there again.

Just like home

This was our second stay at this lovely home. We loved every thing about it ie. Location, furnishings, golf cart, cleanliness and staples(toilet paper paper towels etc). Looking forward too next years stay.

Perfect location and beautiful home!

We had a fantastic stay here. The home is beautiful and the location to Brownwood Square, Eisenhower rec center and the neighborhood pool is perfect. We also rented the golf cart which is the best way to get around. The home is well appointed with everything you need. The property manager was super fast at answering any questions. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place for us

This house met all of our needs during our stay for a celebration of life. It had all the amenities that we needed, and if we were going to be there for a fun vacation it had those as well. If we ever need a house to stay in The Villages again, this will be our place. Check-in was easy and the property manager is very helpful.
