Over 1945 luxurious square feet awaits you in this extended Winslow Courtyard Villa in the Alden Bungalows. This stunning home boasts three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage with a 4 Seater Golf Cart w/Roadside Assistance.

Numerous restaurants, shopping, live music and dancing, and a weekly farmer's market are only a six minute walk to Brownwood Paddock Square.

Smoke-free and pet friendly. Rent long term or by the month. Utilities include: electric (if less than $200 allowance), wireless high-speed internet free of charge, trash removal, lawn care, pest control, garage door openers, and gate passes. TVs in the living room and master bedroom and both guest bedrooms.

Like indoor/outdoor living? Beat the heat inside with central AC and ceiling fans, as you're surrounded by quartz counter-tops throughout, beautiful white cabinetry, elegant tray ceilings, and both hardwood and ceramic tile flooring. Then step through the large sliding glass doors to a spacious covered lanai and fully fenced private yard.

Feel like staying in to cook? Our open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, double bowl sink, and small appliances such as a Keurig coffeemaker, toaster oven, blender, tea kettle, etc. The living room is fully-furnished with a sofa and a love seat, and a Smart 65" TV and tons of extra space. The master bedroom comes complete with a king-size bed, matching dresser with mirror, nightstands, TV, spacious walk-in closet, and an attached master bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, matching dressers with mirror and nightstands. Electric washer and dryer are provided in a separate laundry room. All linens and towels are provided.

There are now at least 36 executive courses that you can play for free, and 12 championship courses available at reduced rates with your temporary resident ID pass.

You could not ask for a more ideal location. The Grand Traverse Plaza is only a six minute walk or two minute golf cart ride away! The plaza also includes a Publix grocery store. A short walk to Brownwood Square or in two minutes you can ride a golf cart.

The Florida Turnpike is a ten-minute drive and Route 75 is minutes away. Shuttle service is available from Orlando International airport on a daily basis at a reasonable rate.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

Christmas perfection!

What an amazing home and experience - check in was easy and very organized and the property was spotless. Our family had all the space and amenities needed to have a relaxing vacation with everything the Villages offers. Would DEFINELY recommend!!!!!

Perfect!

The property is beautiful and roomy. Marc and Tisha were so receptive and helpful. They responded quickly and checked in with us to make sure everything was going good. We highly recommend this stay and would love to stay again when we have a chance. Can’t wait to go back!!

Everything that you could possible want...

This was our first VRBO stay. We could not have asked for anything more! It was an open floor plan with a large well furnished kitchen, a large open seating area in the living and dining section, stylish couches, tables and decorations. A large Lania with just the right amount of outdoor furniture and the walled in area with walkway and lawn around the house, was perfect to run our small dog for exercise. We felt very welcome through our entire stay, the kitchen appliances were immaculate. We appreciated the large full-size refrigerator and so much counterspace and cabinetry. We loved exploring local area with the golf cart. We were within walking distance of the Brownwood Paddock Square and had coffee each morning, lunch at several area restaurants and Live music each night in the town square. The Hosts were responsive to any questions/requests that we had. This will be a property at the top of our list, the next time we come to The Villages! Barbara and Paul

You will love your stay!

I can't say enough about our experience staying in this beautiful home. Marc and Tisha were amazing host and always responded immediately when we had any questions. The house was so clean and the open floor plan was very spacious. The screened in lanai was a fantastic place for breakfast or any other time of day to just relax and enjoy the outdoors. The location is incredibly convenient and just a short golf cart ride to Brownwood. Did I mention that a 4 seater golf cart was included? What a bonus that was! We couldn't have asked for a better stay and we will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks again Marc and Tisha!

Private and Great Location

This home was located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. It was close proximity to all of the Town Squares where we enjoyed Live Music and dancing in the center of the square. Many places were nearby for all kinds of shopping. We enjoyed playing pickleball at several of the recreation centers. The swimming pool areas were nice and relaxing.

Fabulous spot in The Villages!

What a great spot in the villages! Perfect three bedroom two bath home sits at the back of a quiet neighborhood right near Brownwood! If you love listening to birds in the morning with your coffee… You will love the spot! I did!! The Peregrine Falcon was my favorite! The owners were wonderful! We look forward to staying there again soon!

Best All Around

Best all around. I recently rented the home that was perfect for myself, spouse and elderly parents. The home was located in a convenient location, and the included new 4-seater golf cart made it easy to explore the area. The home was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The location was ideal, as it was only minutes away from Brownwood Square, which offered a variety of restaurants and entertainment options. The host was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. It made our Thanksgiving 2023 week a very great, memorable vacation. Looking forward to renting again throughout the year. Overall, I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area.

Like New! As good as it gets! Great Location! House and Host Exceeded our Expectations!

This property exceeded our expectations! Clean and feels brand new. Better than described! Host was great and easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in every way possible. The four seat Golf Cart was amazing and is BRAND NEW. House is spacious, clean and comfortable. As good as it gets! Your expectations will be exceeded! Great location and even walking distance to Brownwood square. This house is our FIRST choice and we will definitely rent this house again soon!
