This includes bedsheets for all beds, pillows, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Tenants will need to bring Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
